I am not trained in Six Sigma but I have constantly respected the program from afar and I have researched enough on this subject to give a fairly educated opinion. I can appreciate its call to action and I recognize there is a strong group of supporters but I honestly feel like Six Sigma is yesterday’s fad. It has been touted in best-selling organization books but that was 10 years ago.
